The most important thing is to get all your basic nutrition from supplements, so don’t forget your multivitamin, Omega-3 and some extra boosters for vitamin C. Your main diet should chieflly be unprocessed foods (avoid canned foods and those with lots of preservatives). The Italians tend to rely on a lot of wheat products (bread and pasta) which I usually caution against.

You will know after you’ve eaten — things that don’t agree with you are candidates to eliminate. I can’t be more specific in this venue, but we can discuss more another time.

Now — I know you don’t need to lose any weight, but I hope you eat healthy and stay healthy.
